1. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an email confirmation. The contract is stored by the seller and available to the customer on request.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before checkout is completed.

3. Payment

Payment is possible with the methods offered at checkout.

4. Pre-orders

For pre-orders, the customer pays when ordering and receives the product after the expected date shown on the product page. If the seller cannot meet this date, the customer is informed and, on request, refunded immediately.

5. Delivery, withdrawal and complaints

6. Product use

SOTERINE jewelry includes a discreet SOS function intended to support personal safety. It does not replace emergency services; in an emergency, always contact 112 where possible.

7. Disputes

The seller aims to resolve any disputes amicably. Consumers may also contact the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body in their country.
