As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to return

- Send the unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of your message to: [COMPANY], [ADDRESS].
- We refund the purchase price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.
Direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it free of charge, including shipping.

You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.
